Job Summary Determine patient condition, deliver on-scene treatment or transport with physician-directed care, and ensure equipment and shift readiness. Key Responsibilities Ensure shift coverage and daily operational readiness; maintain EMS supplies/equipment. Operate emergency vehicles safely; model professionalism and public relations. Collaborate with ER physicians and charge nurses; communicate effectively in high-stress environments. Job Qualifications Required Valid Class D driver’s license; EMT-Paramedic certification; BLS and ACLS; ongoing CE per level. Preferred Prior EMS leadership or shift lead experience. Compensation & Schedule Full-time; rotating 24/7 schedule including nights/weekends/holidays. Competitive pay with differentials; details discussed during interviews.
