The Clinical Director oversees the daily Administrative and Clinical operations of an OASAS Licensed Substance Use Disorder program. Provides clinical and administrative supervision of all staff and leads coordination with other hospital departments. Oversees all aspects of clinical services including staffing, program design, admissions, and service delivery including documentation. Designs and maintains systems to track and ensure productivity and quality measures. Participates in designing and delivering in-service trainings to enhance staff development. Is knowledgeable about and ensures that all hospital and regulatory standards are met. Manages important referent relationships within the surrounding communities and participates in designated community events. Responsible for achieving program benchmarks and ensuring PI initiatives are executed and met. Has prior supervisory experience in addiction/Co-occurring disorders treatment settings. Must have active clinical credential or license (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, CASAC). LCSW and 2 years clinical supervisory experience preferred.
