● Supervision Model: Independent CRNA practice
● Special Considerations: Full‑scope anesthesia practice including general, regional, neuraxial, airway management, and vascular access; Independent practice within clinical privileges; Diverse case mix in a community hospital setting; Strong OR culture and supportive leadership;

Job Summary:
Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a W2 direct-hire opportunity. This role involves providing high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of clinical settings while working as part of a collaborative and well-supported anesthesia team. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas.
● Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a CRNA preferred; New grads will also be considered.
● Proficiency in General, Ortho, OB, Urology, Peds, ENT, Vascular, Pain, Cath Lab, IR
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver anesthesia care across diverse patient populations
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
