We are hiring full and part-time DSPs to join our teams at group homes in the Harrisonburg/Rockingham County area.Â
You’ll help with:
- Daily living skills
- Community outings
- Medication administration (we train you!)
- Progress notes and documentation
- Encouraging independence and personal growth
You’ll need:
- HS diploma/GED
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to learn)
- Reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, respect, and responsibility
- A strong attendance record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- The ability to work weekends
Hiring range: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, depending on experience
