Overview:

OverviewĀ 

The Clinical SupervisorĀ is responsible forĀ coordinating patient care resources to meet the clinical needs of patients while ensuring high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care. This role oversees a multidisciplinary team and serves as a key resource for clinical staff, physicians, and the public. The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in administrative decision-making, staff development, and program implementation, while also supporting talent retention and customer service excellence.  

  

Key Responsibilities  

  • Coordinate andĀ allocateĀ patient care resources to ensureĀ optimalĀ clinical outcomes.  

  • Supervise and support a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality care.  

  • Serve as a clinical and administrative resource for staff, physicians, and patients.  

  • Make administrative decisions in collaboration with leadershipĀ regardingĀ complex or sensitive situations.  

  • AssistĀ in the development and implementation of clinical programs, policies, and procedures.  

  • Monitor compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.  

  • Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.  

  • Implement and support talent retention strategies within the team.  

  • Promote and ensure excellent customer service delivery across all touchpoints.  

Certification/LicensureĀ 

  • RN license in state of practiceĀ required.Ā 

  • BLSĀ requiredĀ withinĀ 30 daysĀ of hire

  • 2Ā yearsĀ Home Health and Hospice experienceĀ required.Ā
