Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $110,000 annually, set in good faith based on the responsibilities of the role, qualifications, and market conditions.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Community Liaison to build and maintain strong relationships with community members, organizations, and key stakeholders across Virginia. This role represents our mission, programs, and services while supporting strategic growth, referral development, and community engagement. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to expanding access to care through meaningful community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Supervise and coordinate community outreach programs and initiatives within the assigned territory

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop and implement strategies to engage the community and increase awareness of programs and services

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Represent the organization at public speaking engagements, meetings, tours, conferences, and community events across Virginia

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage social media platforms to promote community engagement and share relevant information

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide administrative support including maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing correspondence for assigned accounts

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Adhere to company key performance indicators by completing required documentation and activity tracking in the relationship management system

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure company branding standards are followed in all distributed materials

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assess and develop strategies to drive growth in existing and de novo markets for companywide offerings

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all services offered

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop and enhance strategic referral partnerships through consistent communication and relationship-building

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Create, maintain, and grow a contact and referral database within the assigned territory

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Function as a liaison between community partners and internal departments

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform all other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Education / Credentials

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in business, marketing, communications, or one of the behavioral sciences preferred, or actively in process of completing a Bachelor鈥檚 degree.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Valid driver鈥檚 license in good standing with ability to travel extensively throughout Virginia.

Experience

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience in sales, marketing, or new business development

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience in program development and/or community engagement preferred but not required

Knowledge / Skills

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to effectively communicate Mainspring鈥檚 mission and goals

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency in social media management for community engagement and outreach

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to market programs and services to diverse audiences

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Passion for community development and education

Working Conditions

Non-direct care position

Frequent travel within assigned territory, up to 80%

Flexible scheduling to accommodate community events, meetings, and outreach activities

Weekend/Holidays may be required
