Park View Federal Credit Union, located in Harrisonburg VA is seeking a Vice President-Organizational Development. (Variable pay opportunity based on both credit union and individual performance.) Job Summary: This position has senior leadership level responsibility for strategic oversight of the credit union’s organizational development, human resources and training. Works closely with the CEO and other members of the Senior Leadership Team to design, implement and oversee the organization’s growth, culture and performance, and drive the development and execution of strategies to enhance the organization's human capital, total compensation design and budget, succession planning, workforce design and measurements.  Provides oversight for administrative support to the Board, CEO and Senior Leadership Team. Serves as a senior leader and shares responsibility for the overall performance and future of the credit union. Leads or is a member of a variety of executive committees such as the Benefits Committee, 401(k) Fiduciary Committee, Enterprise Risk Management Committee, Policy Governance Committee and others.QualificationsEducation & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources or related field or equivalent.  Master’s Degree preferred. 5 years experience in financial institution or non profit/mission-based sector. 3 years experience providing leadership and functional area oversight. Credentials, Certificates, Licenses SHRM, ATD, HRCI certification or related. Knowledge & Skills In-depth knowledge of culture development, human resources management, and/or training effectiveness (or equivalent professional experience with leading a diverse team through transition and designing/implementing performance expectations).  Experienced with board leadership and development. Ability to lead at the highest level of the credit union which includes exceptional communication skills, diverse team leadership, strategic thinking and sound decision-making Skilled in partnering with CEO, executive leaders, and management team to create a work environment which aligns with the Park View Way philosophies. Adept at learning new technologies to design and measure metrics. Dependable, organized, service oriented. Fully understands, demonstrates and leads Park View’s mission, vision, purpose and core values.
