We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Client Service Representative to join our veterinary team! As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth daily operations of our clinic.

Position: Full-Time/Part-Time
Schedule: Must be available to work 3-4 days per week and arrive on time consistently.

Responsibilities Include:  
- Greeting clients and pets with a positive, professional demeanor  
- Checking clients in and out efficiently  
- Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar  
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records  
- Answering phones and responding to messages promptly  
- Maintaining a presence on the floor and minimizing extended time away from assigned duties  
- Assisting the team with administrative and customer service needs as they arise

Ideal Candidate Traits:  
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard  
- Excellent communication and customer service skills  
- Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure  
- Reliable, professional, and a strong team player  
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment  
- Previous veterinary or medical office experience is a plus, but not required
