Tire & Lube Technician

What You’ll Do
As a Tire & Lube Technician, you’ll help keep our customers on the road safely and efficiently. You will perform routine maintenance, tire services, and inspections, ensuring that vehicles are road-ready while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform oil and filter changes on vehicles in the shop
  • Inspect and service tires, including rotation, balancing, and replacement
  • Check and top off all vehicle fluids
  • Maintain clean and organized shop and work areas
  • Operate service trucks and provide roadside support as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support shop operations
Qualifications

What We’re Looking For / Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
  • Ability to follow directions and complete multi-step processes independently
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand, walk, bend, or kneel for long periods

Preferred / Helpful:

  • Previous experience in tire or lube services, diesel maintenance, or general vehicle maintenance
  • Ability to operate power equipment, such as air compressors
  • Prior roadside service experience is a plus but not required
