Concept Rehab is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Hart, MI. What You'll Do

Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Help patients improve mobility, strength, self-care, and daily living skills
Accurately document treatments and patient progress
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and safety strategies
Maintain compliance with Medicare, state, and company guidelines

Qualifications

Current Michigan Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Strong communication and teamwork skills
New graduates are encouraged to apply
