What Our Veterinary Assistants/CSRs Do

• Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures
• Perform in-house laboratory testing, including CBC/chemistry, urinalysis, cytology, and fecal testing
• Help maintain efficient daily hospital operations
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar
• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Collect payments and process invoices
• Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to support smooth patient flow
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

What Our Veterinary Assistants/CSRs Bring

• Veterinary experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidate with a great attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
