Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Hartford City Mill - Hartford City, IN 47348Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Associate'sTravel Percentage: Less than 10%Job Shift: M-F 8 hours per dayJob Category: ManufacturingWhat we need: An individual formally educated in industrial reliability, data collection, program analysis, and qualified to act as a subject matter expert in preventative maintenance. They must be able to provide accurate and valuable data to the management team for development of paper machine performance. The individual will support the maintenance team with root cause failure analysis to assist in eliminating production failures. This position has direct reports. What You’ll Do:   Supervision of the Reliability Group, Vibration Data Collection, Lubricators, and Oil Analysis Program Set up Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules, build Bill of Materials (BOMs) and document data to optimize Equipment run time. Responsible for development, management, and results for the facility Reliability Program Eliminate production limiting failures from the manufacturing process. Champion PM/PdM activities Assist coordinating outside contractor services. Facilitate the RCFA process. Monitors the performance and coordinates the key functions for the reliability program in the areas of planning/execution, vibration analysis and lubrication PMs. Utilize maintenance metrics to achieve reliability goals as defined. Take ownership of the Root Cause Failure Analysis process. To improve Mill overall reliability Use various software programs and production databases to document and determine effective process operation for equipment maintenance. Execute mill, departmental and personal projects, and initiatives to improve safety, reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve performance. A member of the on-call management team. Other duties as assigned. What you will need: B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or technical field. Three (3) or more years' experience in a related field. Excellent skills in written and oral communication. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think "outside the box" Functional use of Microsoft Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Six Sigma Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
