Standard Iron in Hartford, WI is expanding its roster and looking for a few driven, detail-oriented General Laborers to join our 2nd Shift Paint Team! This dynamic role offers the unique advantage of not being locked into a single department or street, allowing you to build a versatile manufacturing skill set. In this position, you will directly support our production team, ensuring smooth operations, safe material handling, and top-tier product quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned):
• Follow all set-up and operational procedures to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Safely operate forklift or other machinery in order to complete tasks such as loading,  unloading, sorting, staging and transporting products.
• Supports production workers and staff in various production related tasks.
• Ability to practice quality control requirements and to follow written procedures.
• Using hand and power tools to grind and fabricate.
• Operates all equipment in a safe manner and uses safe work habits.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment including complying with safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
