Position SummaryÂ
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Customer Service Supervisor to support daily customer service operations and help lead a high-performing team. This role assists management in overseeing staff, improving processes, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem solver, and team leader with a customer-first mindset.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Support management in supervising and mentoring customer service staffÂ
- Assist with scheduling, training, and performance coachingÂ
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyÂ
- Monitor service quality, response times, and customer satisfaction metricsÂ
- Help implement and enforce company policies and proceduresÂ
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiencesÂ
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvementsÂ

QualificationsÂ
- Required - High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role preferredÂ
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilitiesÂ
- Proven ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectivelyÂ
- Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft OfficeÂ
- Highly organized with strong attention to detailÂ
Preferred SkillsÂ
- Experience in training and onboarding staffÂ
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and service metricsÂ
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environmentÂ
