Full-Time General Dentist for Busy Practice in West Hartford, CT

$10K Signing Bonus plus mentorship, career development and partnership/equity opportunity!

Looking for a dentist who has completed a GPR/AEGD or has at least a year of practice experience to work full-time in a large, comfortable, family-oriented practice. The office has 15 operatories, uses the latest digital clinical and practice management technology, and has a great, long-term clinical and support team.

The practice is insurance-based and fee-for-service (no Medicaid) and has over 4,500 existing patients with many new patients added every month. The new dentist position is to support the growth of the practice and to help take over for the founder dentist who will be reducing days and ultimately transitioning to retirement in the next couple of years. You will have the opportunity to work and collaborate with the founder dentist as well as with the other associates who are very supportive of bringing a new dentist onto the clinical team. The practice is part of a small, dentist-owned group called Plum Dental.

Compensation/Benefits/Partnership
