Signicast is seeking a detail-oriented CMM Operator to join our Quality team. You will be primarily responsible for the collection of dimensional data through the use of layout equipment.Â
Shift: 12:00 pm- 8:30 pm preferred.Â
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Comply with all safety and health guidelines, quality standard practices/procedures, and housekeeping standards
- Perform layouts on castings with existing CMM programs, perform manual inspections, and populate inspection reports
- Collect scan data and run analysis routines using Romer Arm and Polyworks software
- Assist with Gage R&R studies on custom-designed gages and common gage families
- Assist with Gage calibration activities
- Support a continuous improvement mindset with regard to metrology processes and equipment
- Other duties and functions in support of metrology and quality areas as needed

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:Â
High school diploma or HSED/GED equivalent preferred. Prior work experience with common gauge types is required. Must possess good computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel, and be able to learn new skills as needed. 3-5 years of CMM operating experience and GD&T knowledge required.Â
