Job DetailsLevel: EntryJob Location: Hartford, CT 06132Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeSalary Range: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 Salary/yearJob Category: Nonprofit - Social ServicesPOSITION SCOPE: This position ensures contractual compliance with funders, including but not limited to DMHAS, SAMHSA, HUD and CTBOS.  The position provides evaluation and coordination of conformance efforts towards maintained accreditation with CARF. The individual must have advanced level knowledge of databases,  documentation and reporting systems .  ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate all compliance functions and processes, including internal and external surveys and quality chart audits. Monitor contractual compliance, regulations, policies, and standards as they relate to CARF, ACT, CSH, HUD, TCM and HIPAA compliance. Ensure that client records are in compliance with funder and accrediting standards. Manage the grant reporting process to ensure timely communication to funders. Manage agency workplans and training schedules per audit requirements. Collaborate with Chief Program Officers and Program Managers in all audit preparations, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met. Identify training needs for services staff, including Case Management, Supportive Housing, Rehabilitation, and Employment Programs. In collaboration with Chief Program Officers, map out annual training plans and schedules, assisting with the design and delivery, both outsourced and/or in-house for agency service staff to ensure conformance with CARF standards and compliance with funder requirements. Liaise with managers, CPOs, and Director of Quality and IT to identify and assess training needs and schedule training sessions based on staff performance and chart audit findings.  Make recommendations for system optimization of ECR based on identified gaps and workflow improvements. Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions of agency modules and agency electronic health records and systems.  KEY COMPETENCIES Review and monitor agency deliverables to funders and accreditation bodies. Maintain high level data integrity and contractual compliance. Coordination of all audit and accreditation processes. Model and demonstrate adherence to strict confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines. Ability to determine appropriate training interventions for program staff’s success with the electronic health record and data collection. Success in managing relationships with all agency levels of staffing to ensure cohesive and seamless service delivery.  Ability to problem solve with practical training applications for direct care staff and Managers to ensure staff success. Effectively communicate/present information concisely in both verbal and written format.  Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills including professional demeanor and positive service-oriented attitude to internal and external customers. Qualifications  Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s preferred, or relative years’ experience in a human service private, nonprofit environment. Demonstrated experience with electronic health records and reporting platforms.  Proficiency in using computer applications and systems management. Experience in development and delivery of training material. Easily adapts to change and competing priorities. Ability to develop and foster relationships with internal and external partners. Knowledge of behavioral health, HIV/AIDS, and homeless delivery systems a plus.
