Experienced subject matter expert level Echocardiographer.
Under supervision of a physician, performs Echocardiograms on Pediatric patients. Performs routine, and emergent complex congenital echocardiograms as requested by physician and in accordance with standard practices.
Procedures include transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms for the neonatal, pediatric, and adult congenital populations.
Provide training and oversight to Pediatric Echocardiographers in learning roles.
Operates equipment necessary to perform all required procedures and to obtain optimal diagnostic recordings; utilize ancillary devices such as selected transducers, audio- and video- recorders, and computer systems. Maintains equipment in working order.
