Under general supervision, plans and provides direct professional nursing care for specified patients throughout the entire episode of service delivery as defined by population and unit. Provides nursing services to patients and families in accordance with the standards of practice of a professional nurse, Connecticut Children's policies & procedures, TJC, and state & federal regulations. The roles and responsibilities include clinical, logistic, and administrative duties.   The Team Leader demonstrates autonomy, behavioral health clinical expertise, and excellent interpersonal skills
