Position Summary
The Executive Administrative Assistant serves as a strategic partner to Vice Presidents leading Talent Management and Talent Acquisition respectively, helping maximize leadership effectiveness by managing complex administrative responsibilities, coordinating critical business activities, and driving operational rhythms across both teams.

Success in this role means ensuring executive time is focused on the highest-value priorities, leadership meetings are productive and action-oriented, and strategic initiatives move forward with clarity, accountability, and momentum. This individual will operate as a true extension of the Talent Management and Talent Acquisition leadership teams, balancing executive support responsibilities with light project management and business operations support.
Primary Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Executive calendar, travel, and administrative support: Manage complex executive calendars, proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, coordinate travel, administer expenses, and ensure executive time is aligned to business priorities.
- Leadership meetings and business cadences: Coordinate leadership meetings, business reviews, team forums, offsites, and planning rhythms, including logistics, agendas, pre-read materials, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
- Executive communications and materials: Prepare, review, and finalize executive presentations, communications, and business materials to ensure they are polished, accurate, and audience ready.
- Cross-functional coordination: Partner with senior leaders, executive offices, Finance, Human Resources, and other cross-functional teams to support talent discussions, strategic initiatives, budgeting, workforce activities, and reporting.
- Tracking, reporting, and compliance: Track departmental priorities, key deliverables, budgets, reporting deadlines, learning requirements, performance management processes, and workforce compliance activities using reporting tools and spreadsheets.

Project Management & Business Operations Support
- Operational rhythm and accountability: Coordinate leadership cadences, planning cycles, key deliverables, decisions, commitments, and action items to ensure clear ownership and follow-through.
- Process improvement and workflow optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance organizational effectiveness, and improve workflow efficiency across the team.
- Business planning and change support: Assist with organizational change initiatives, business planning activities, and enterprise programs that advance leadership priorities.
- Decision support tools and reporting: Create and maintain tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility and support leadership decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience supporting executives at a large matrixed organization
- Proven experience managing complex calendars, executive scheduling, and travel coordination
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Â
- Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience creating and maintaining executive-level reports and dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$22.59 - $53.95This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Â The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. Â This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Â
