• Lead fun, safe, and effective fitness classes (HIIT, strength, cardio, functional, etc.)
  
  
• Deliver a motivating and high-energy experience every class
  
  
• Offer guidance and modifications to suit all fitness levels
  
  
• Prepare music, equipment, and routines in advance
  
  
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for all participants
  
  
• Arrive on time, maintain professionalism, and represent our brand with pride
  
  

• Certification in group fitness or personal training (NASM, ACE, AFAA, ISSA, etc.) — or actively working toward it
  
  
• CPR/AED certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)
  
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills
  
  
• Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
  
  
• Prior group fitness experience preferred
