Handyman

Job Summary:
The Part-Time Handyman will perform a variety of maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks in commercial properties. The ideal candidate is experienced in carpentry, and general repair work, with strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on commercial properties

• Assist with installation and assembly projects (fixtures, shelves, furniture, etc.)

• Troubleshoot and identify maintenance issues and provide effective solutions

• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working order

• Communicate professionally with clients and the AK Light Electric team

• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule:

• Part-time, flexible hours (10–25 hours per week)

• Schedule may vary based on workload and availability
