At bartaco, food is our passion — but people are our purpose. As a host, you’re the vibe-setter: the first smile guests see and the last memory they leave with.

Founded in 2010 and inspired by a healthy, outdoor lifestyle, bartaco combines fresh, upscale street food with a coastal vibe in a relaxed environment. With more than 30 locations across the country, bartaco remains committed to delivering good vibes, inspiration, and joy to one guest, one employee, and one community at a time.  We’re looking for a host or hostess that is friendly, energetic and who loves creating great moments. You’ll own the door, manage the flow, and make sure every guest feels welcome + cared for.

What you’ll do:

• Greet with energy + genuine hospitality
• Seat guests + manage the waitlist
• Keep the host stand fresh + organized
• Be the go-to for questions and first-time recommendations 
• Communicate with the team to keep the night running smooth

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

• Bringing an energetic hustle and positive attitude to every shift
• Lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
• Walk and stand throughout shifts; remain at assigned stations during busy periods
• Perform tasks requiring continuous movement, such as reaching, bending, and carrying trays
