Experience with a variety of tools and machinery, such as mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, is highly preferred. Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in industrial environments. Familiarity with electrical circuits, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and other automation equipment. QualificationsMinimum Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.  Experience and/or Training:  •    2+ years of experience in a maintenance role in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment. •    Experience with a variety of tools and machinery, such as mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, is highly preferred. •    Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in industrial environments. •    Familiarity with electrical circuits, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and other automation equipment. •    Basic computer skills, including the ability to use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for logging maintenance activities. Preferred Qualifications Education: Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field OR certification in a skilled trade or completion of apprenticeship program (up to and including journeyman license status). Experience and/or Training:  •    OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification. •    Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment. •    Experience with PLC troubleshooting or basic programming. •    Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. •    Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). Physical and Mental Demands •    While performing the duties of this job, the employee must frequently sit, stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle, or operate objects, tools, or controls. •    Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and move between work areas. •    Regularly required to talk and listen, as well as climb, balance, and reach above shoulder level. •    Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception. •    The employee must be able to lift and or carry up to 50 lbs. frequently. •    Travel: Periodic travel to other plant locations. Occasional domestic travel to attend company-sponsored training programs. Working Environment Work is performed in a manufacturing environment where loud noise exposure is regular and frequent.
