About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Planning & Support Specialist to assist with coordinating client plans, organizing logistics, and maintaining clear communication throughout the planning process. This role focuses on managing timelines, confirming arrangements, and ensuring a smooth and well-structured client experience from start to finish.

This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planning timelines and key milestones for clients

  • Organize scheduling details, confirmations, and related documentation

  • Support logistics related to meetings, events, and associated arrangements

  • Communicate with vendors, partners, and service providers as needed
