We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide care to patients while collaborating with a diverse clinical team.
The position is available as either Full-Time or Part-Time.
Candidates should have a valid State Speech Language Pathologist License and credentials, along with SNF and/or acute care experience.
Responsibilities include delivering speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients, preparing documentation, and establishing care plans.
The job offers a competitive salary, and applicants should have at least one year of relevant experience.

We are hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.

Responsibilities:

Provide speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients.
Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Establish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilities.

Qualifications:

Valid State Speech Language Pathologist License and Credentials
SNF and/or Acute care experience
