As a聽Store聽Manager, you will lead by example to build, develop, and inspire your team towards successfully achieving sales goals and creating the ultimate customer experience.
Job Description
路 Build and develop a well-rounded team of Assistant Managers and Sales Associates.
路 Train and coach employees on policies, procedures, and job duties.
路 Proactively greet customers and develop lasting relationships.
路 Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations.
路 Learn and use knowledge of all store and warehouse operations.
路 Lead by example to achieve sales goals
路 Learn the installation process and products to educate customers.
路 Track established store sales goals.
路 Provide customers with updates on product delivery status.
路 Maintain professional standards to protect The Tile Shop brand.
路 Develop schedules for direct Store Associates and Store Warehouse Personnel.
路 Maintain inventory accuracy.
路 Use good business practices at all times.
路 Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
路 2+ years of experience in retail management
路 Previous sales experience
路 Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate a sales team.
路 Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations
路 Work well with others in a fast paced, commission sales environment
路 Open to learning and growing independently and from feedback
路 Lead with a positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm
路 Detail oriented and highly organized
路 Sense of Design: put together various styles, colors, and textures
路 Basic mathematical and computer skills
路 Ability to read, write, and speak in English
路 Previous experience in a related field preferred
