What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like (Your Impact)
  • Fuel the Streets: Keep our production lines fully stocked by delivering the exact fabrication components they need before they even have to ask.
  • Master the Demand: Review production schedules and precisely pull job tasks in the exact order set by team leadership.
  • Bridge the Communication Gap: Team up with other departments to verify parts are on-hand, proactively raising the flag and solving shortages before they slow us down.
  • Kitting & Logistics: Use designated bins, tubs, and pallets to perfectly stage and organize all required parts for upcoming weldments.
  • Own the Paperwork: Gather, track, and manage all part-number documentation from the lines to ensure total inventory accuracy.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Active Problem Solver: You notice the small gaps in parts or workflow and fix them before they become big bottlenecks.
  • Great Communicator: You easily talk to welders, leads, and inventory teams to keep everyone on the same page.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: You take pride in pulling the right numbers, using the right bins, and keeping the floor moving.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
