Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-centric Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our team. As a CSA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be exposed to the elements of an indoor/outdoor work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer questions, and operate cash register
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service
- Stay up to date on promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Maintain clean building, and grounds
- Restock inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work efficiently to meet goals and maintain a high level of quality
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet goals
- Basic knowledge of a cash registerÂ
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other team members
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays
Working Conditions
- Work is performed in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent exposure to the public.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet goals.Â
