With limited supervision, the Manager, Medical Education provides administrative oversight of medical education programs at Connecticut Children’s. The Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and developing staff supporting these programs, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with institutional policies, and accountability for program accreditation. This role oversees Medical Education Program Coordinators and staff, prioritizes workflow, allocates resources effectively, and coordinates with internal and external partners to achieve program and institutional goals.
