Overview:
We’re hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to help uphold our manufacturing standards through hands-on inspection, process monitoring, and documentation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring all products meet established quality requirements before reaching the customer.

 

Responsibilities:
• Inspect components and assemblies throughout the production process to verify quality and accuracy.
• Log inspection findings and escalate quality issues to supervisors or quality engineers.
• Observe and verify that production operations align with internal quality procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of inspection tools and gauges.
• Work in partnership with manufacturing teams to identify defects and assist with root cause analysis.
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts to reduce scrap and enhance consistency.

 

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Proficient with measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and other inspection equipment.
• Capable of interpreting mechanical drawings, tolerances, and part specifications.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of quality systems such as ISO 9001 or similar standards is a plus.
