ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned):
• Assemble work components by following work instructions and blueprint specifications.
• Perform assembly by using hand tools
• Verify work by conducting quality checks to confirm product meets company standards.
• Identify any quality defects and report them accordingly.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company policies.
• Contributes to team effort and uses effective communication.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
• Prior assembly experience preferred
• Attention to detail
• Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints
