We’re hiring an Electrical Systems Engineer to collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop innovative automation solutions and grow component and system sales.
\n- Design electrical systems, control panels, and power distribution layouts
- Create schematics and documentation following engineering standards
- Collaborate with sales and customers to define system requirements and solutions
- Support project execution, testing, and system commissioning
- Partner with manufacturing to ensure successful builds
- Assist with proposals, cost estimates, and technical support
- PLCs & HMIs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
- VFDs (Danfoss) and motion control systems
- Festo automation products and smart systems
- Industrial enclosures, safety systems, and power distributio
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineer (Electrical Design)
- Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude
- Experience designing or supporting industrial control systems
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented
- Writing skills for preparing manuals, parts lists, proposals and design documentation
- Ability to supervise technicians
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with IEC 61131-3 PLC languages (Structured text, Func. Block, CFC, Ladder)
- Experience with Codesys 3.5 a plus (Eaton, Festo, IFM, etc.)
- Familiarity with industrial fieldbus/Ethernet protocols
- Experienced with HMI (human machine interface) software
- Experience with 2D electrical CAD modeling (AutoCAD electrical or equivalent)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Work on custom, high-impact projects
- Collaborate with engineering and sales leaders
- Gain exposure to top automation technologies
