What You’ll Do

• Provide preventive and therapeutic hygiene services, including cleanings, sealants, fluoride, and non-surgical periodontal care
• Perform periodontal charting and maintain thorough documentation
• Take and interpret digital radiographs and intraoral images
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and the connection between oral and systemic health
• Build long-term relationships with patients rooted in empathy and trust
• Partner with dentists and dental assistants to ensure smooth, patient-centered care
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards

What We’re Looking For

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist License
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital charting and imaging systems
• Open to new grads — mentorship and training available!
