This role is all about creating a welcoming first impression while helping educate our members on appropriate WAC parking areas. What You’ll Do Greet members with a smile and genuine WAC level customer service Provide clear, positive guidance on proper parking areas Assist in maintaining a smooth and safe parking flow Serve as a helpful resource for member questions Represent the WAC with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm What We’re Looking For A friendly, outgoing personality Strong communication skills Comfort engaging with members in a positive, proactive way Reliability and punctuality A passion for delivering exceptional service This is a great role for someone who enjoys interacting with people, loves being outdoors, and wants to help create a seamless experience for our members.
