Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Program Educator coordinates and delivers 4-H youth development programs at Jones Academy. This role provides direct educational instruction and mentorship to students through project-based learning, coordinating with tribal, school, and community partners to promote hands-on learning. You will report to the Senior Program Educator.

Primary Tasks:

Assist in implementing daily 4-H program activities based on established plans and goals developed by senior staff and program leadership.
Facilitate hands-on 4-H educational activities, workshops, and events that promote youth development in areas such as agriculture, STEM, leadership, and health.
Guide and mentor students in completing 4-H projects, participating in club activities, and preparing for competitions or events at the local, regional, and state levels.
Support recruitment, training, and communication with volunteers; assist in coordinating with schools, tribal departments, and community partners to enhance program offerings.
Track participation, maintain accurate records, and support data collection for reporting and compliance with 4-H and Jones Academy standards.
Promote the 4-H program at school and community events; assist in developing outreach materials and increasing awareness of opportunities for youth.
Manage program logistics such as supply organization, scheduling, registration, and responding to inquiries from families or participants.
Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.
