Chassis Modifications Welder

Location: Hartville, Ohio

Schedule: Full-Time, First Shift, 50+ hours/week

Compensation: Weekly pay+ Monthly Attendance Bonuses (up to $5,800/year) + $2,000 Sign On Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Measure and cut chassis frames per work instructions
Install hinge assemblies, cross members and pintle plates as required
Perform MIG welding on steel components ensuring welds meet quality and safety standards
Drill holes and bolt on components when required
Collaborate with Team members to meet production goals
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience in MIG welding of steel
Proven experience in cutting steel using plasma cutters
Ability to read tape a measure and interpret blue prints
Knowledge and use basic hand tools
Strong work history with reliable attendance
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Reliable transportation to our Hartville facility
