Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) Heritage Truck Equipment – Hartville, Ohio

Heritage Truck Equipment is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity to start a long-term career with a company that has experienced steady growth for over 20 years.

In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for our customers-helping them with warranty and parts support, resolving technical questions, and ensuring a high level of service across every interaction.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to parts, service, and warranty claims
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
  • Manage and track warranty claims from start to resolution with accuracy and timeliness
  • Respond to a high volume of emails and service cases in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and technical teams to resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain organized and accurate records related to parts, service, and warranty
  • Deliver excellent customer service through clear communication and accountability
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and procedures
