Location: Hartville, Ohio
Schedule: Full-Time, First Shift, 50+ hours/week
Compensation: Weekly pay + Monthly Attendance Bonuses (up to $5,800/year) + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Are you an experienced CNC Machinist looking to advance your career? Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines
• Create and edit programs using Mastercam and conversational controls
• Verify dimensions and maintain tight tolerances
• Perform routine machine maintenance
• Work independently and manage multiple projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience
• Strong understanding of conversational programming
• Proficient in G-code programming
• Ability to independently program using Mastercam
• Experience setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
