Location: Hartville, Ohio
Schedule: Full-Time, First Shift, 50+ hours/week
Compensation: Weekly pay + Monthly Attendance Bonuses (up to $5,800/year) + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate CNC machines
Create and edit programs using Mastercam and conversational controls
Verify dimensions and maintain tight tolerances
Perform routine machine maintenance
Work independently and manage multiple projects as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience
Strong understanding of conversational programming
Proficient in G-code programming
Ability to independently program using Mastercam
Experience setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
