Schedule: Full-Time, First Shift, 50+ hours/week
Compensation: Weekly pay + Monthly Attendance Bonuses (up to $5,800/year) + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components for dump body production

• Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment​

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in MIG welding of steel and/or aluminum

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Strong work history with reliable attendance

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Reliable transportation to our Hartville facility​
