This position is responsible for performing Human Resources administrative tasks, supporting employee relations, and ensuring a smooth Human Resources operations across recruitment, payroll, compliance and employee services.
IV.聽 Essential Duties and Responsibilities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Supports the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, and issuing employment contracts
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Organizes and maintains personnel records and updating internal databases
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Creates and maintains job descriptions
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Administers employee benefits programs and answers employee benefit questions
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Processes payroll, which includes ensuring paid time off is tracked in the system
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conducts new employee orientations
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Oversees exit interviews
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintains department records and reports
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Other duties as assigned

Requirements
VI.聽 Education and Experience
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Proven work experience as a Human Resources Administrator or a relevant role (3 years min)聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with human resources software (HRIS) and payroll system
