Grinder

Job summary:

Keep all recyclable resin ground and stored. Monitor and report to the Production Manager scrap and trashed resin weights. Work to maintain a clean and safe work place.

Summary of essential job functions:.

Regrind

Remove and grind all runners, scrapped parts, and purgings from all molding machines..
Keep all regrinds separated into their grades.
Properly label all regrind.
Store all regrind in its proper locations.
Report all full scrap gaylords to the warehouse supervisors.
Properly clean grinders when needed.
Report any chipped blades or any non-functioning grinder to shift supervisor.

Function as backup to the warehouse

When asked function as a warehouse assistant.

Education and Experience Required

No education requirement
LMT will train to drive a forklift
