Due to exciting growth, OSPT has an immediate opportunity for a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As a PTA with usyou’ll play an integral role in delivering exceptional, evidence-based care to a diverse and active patient population. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced physical therapists in a supportive, high-energy environment where teamwork and learning thrive.

Your responsibilities include:

Co-treating and collaborating with physical therapists to provide individualized, hands-on care.
Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and functional training programs.
Accurately documenting treatment sessions, patient progress, and outcomes in accordance with clinic and compliance standards.
Educating and motivating patients to stay engaged throughout their rehab journey.
Tracking progress, communicating updates, and ensuring continuity of care.
Contributing to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture that emphasizes excellence and patient success

About You

You'd be a great fit for this role if you bring the following:

Strong orthopedic experience and a passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care.
Experience treating a diverse caseload, including general orthopedics, pre/post-surgical rehab, spine care, balance, and vestibular conditions.
A strong interest in sports medicine and manual-based care, working with athletes from the Cape Cod Baseball League, high school athletes, active seniors, and weekend warriors.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships with patients and teammates.
A team-first mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
A desire for continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth.
A pending or active and in good-standing Massachusetts PTA license.
