Job Description:

We are a small, Arvada, CO-based directional drilling company seeking motivated and hardworking laborers to join our traveling Directional Plow and Drill Crews. 

As a laborer, you will assist with the installation of underground utilities using directional drilling and plowing equipment. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that requires teamwork, safety awareness, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with operating and maintaining directional drilling and plowing equipment.
  • Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
  • Prepare trenches, install conduit or pipe, and restore job sites after work is completed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and ensure work is conducted efficiently.
  • Support crew members with various tasks as directed by the crew leader or foreman.
Requirements:

  • Prior construction or labor experience preferred but not required—training will be provided.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for long periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Reliable and punctual with strong teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver’s license
