Our Haslet, TX facility is a cutting-edge gummy manufacturing plant, and we’re looking for an HR Generalist to lead human resources on-site—ensuring a positive, productive, and high-performing work environment.

 

Summary:

To ensure the highest quality standards are maintained in the Manufacture and Packaging of products.

 

Your primary activities will include but are not limited to:

  • Perform inspections, sampling, and line checks to ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
  • Approve equipment, materials, and products at various stages of production.
  • Conduct line clearance and verify removal of previous products and contaminants.
  • Monitor sanitation, including ATP/allergen swabbing and environmental conditions.
  • Review and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records, including deviations, batch documentation, and REDZONE entries.
  • Ensure proper calibration and operation of equipment; report non-conformances.
  • Collect, label, and store and retain samples of raw materials and finished products.
  • Support audits, cleaning validations, and adherence to the Sanitation Program.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide QA support as needed.

 

You’ll need the following (minimum qualifications):

  • High School education (HS Diploma or GED preferred)
  • Experience in FDA-regulated environments (food, pharma, or nutraceutical) preferred.
  • Proficient in English; strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • Basic math skills and solid computer proficiency, including MS Office.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow procedures accurately.
  • Works well independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Professional, positive demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

 

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range for this position is $21 to $26. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
