Job DetailsJob Location: MI Hastings - Hastings, MI 49508Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Journeyman LicenseSalary Range: $33.00 - $36.36 HourlyTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: FirstRESPONSIBILITIES: Describe essential responsibilities of this position including significant task, responsibilities and projects. 路 Installs and or assist the installation and leveling of all new and relocated equipment. 路 Installs pneumatic and hydraulic energy sources for newly installed and relocated equipment. 路 Diagnoses malfunctioning machinery and discusses malfunction with other Maintenance staff and Engineering to diagnose malfunction. 路 Replaces and repairs faulty mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic devices, yet not limited to, solenoids, actuators, ballscrews, pumps, air motors, packaging equipment, air cylinders, fixtures, robots, chucks, clutches, brakes, belts, bearings, conveyors and feeders. 路 Assures that all equipment is safe and all guards and interlocks are in place. 路 Follows all safety and lock-out procedures. 路 Performs other duties as assigned. ExperienceEXPERIENCE: (List the type and duration of experience needed to perform this role) 路 High School Diploma or General Education Degree (DED); or one to three years related experience and/or training equivalent combination of education and experience 路 Possess Federally issues Journeyperson鈥檚 Certificated and or hours of documented experience.
