We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and support our production team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality production while developing a flexible, multiskilled workforce aligned with company values and operational goals.

What You’ll Do

  • As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will:
  • Lead and supervise production employees to ensure efficient operations and high‑quality product output
  • Organize and schedule work based on employee skill sets, machine availability, and production demands
  • Coach, train, and develop team members in equipment operation, manufacturing techniques, safety, SPC, recycling, and company processes
  • Resolve machine, tooling, and production issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
  • Promote and enforce a safe work environment by supporting safety initiatives, investigating incidents, and participating in safety committee activities
  • Communicate production performance, capacity concerns, and product issues with internal stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production team
  • Manage attendance, payroll, overtime, and paid time off records
  • Ensure plant security and operational integrity during assigned shifts
  • Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) following company standards and documented procedures

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • 4‑year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing methods and production workflows
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable with consistent and reliable attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in plastic extrusions manufacturing
  • Experience in a union environment
