Job DetailsJob Location: MI Hastings - Hastings, MI 49508Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High School/GEDSalary Range: $20.35 - $20.35 HourlyTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: ThirdJob Category: ManufacturingRESPONSIBILITIES: 路 Installs fittings on object to seal outlets and connects object to high-pressure air or water line. 路 Activates hydraulic or water pump until gauge registers specified internal pressure. 路 Observes gauge for loss of pressure indicative of leaks and examines object for escaping air or water to detect leaks. 路 Marks object at source of leaks for subsequent repair. 路 Applies soap solution to surface of object or immerses object to facilitate location of air leaks. 路 Tests object under high pressure to ensure compliance with product safety ratings. 路 Sets-up and paints all valves or devices. 路 Sets-up and welds parts as instructed. 路 Reworks all associated parts when applicable. 路 Performs other duties as assigned. QualificationsEXPERIENCE: 路 High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or one to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
