Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner

- Create a welcoming and engaging environment for hotel guests and visitors

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies

- Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations

- Manage cash register and process payments accurately

- Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service

- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and uphold the hotel’s standards

- Keep up-to-date with new drink recipes, trends, and techniques

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role

- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and alcohol safety regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications or licenses
